UNION CAMPAIGNS AND PRESERVING UNION-FREE STATUS

The attorneys in our office are extensively involved in representing employers in union organizing and employee decertification campaigns.  To assist our clients in these areas, we develop and coordinate overall election campaign strategies and represent employers in representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and state labor boards.  We also provide specialized training seminars on avoiding unions.
