Our Firm represents a diverse range of public and quasi-public entities, including hospitals, clinics, cities, counties, school districts, community colleges, fire districts, water and electrical agencies, and law enforcement agencies. We offer a broad scope of services including collective bargaining, mediation, fact finding, interest and grievance arbitration, wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, union organizing, and general preventive labor relations. We recognize the labor relations problems facing public sector employers are often different than those facing private sector employers and are sensitive to the public scrutiny of the process as well as the end result. We are also sensitive to the need to control costs and often work directly with in-house counsel to achieve the best possible result with a maximum utilization of public financial resources.
