Dian “Dee” Rubanoff

Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting in 1990. Dee set her sights on moving to Oregon to practice law while she was still in law school, and was hired by a Portland office before graduating. She spent 10 years practicing litigation and appellate law before joining WZP in 2001. Dee enjoys working with non-profits such as Dress for Success and Young Musicians and Artists; cooking; dancing; and spending time with her husband, Doug, and four sons.

Areas of Practice:
Like all WZP attorneys, Dee’s practice is devoted exclusively to representing public and private sector employers. Dee focuses her practice in the areas of advice and counseling; defending employers against discrimination and wrongful discharge claims in court and before administrative agencies; drafting preventive policies and handbooks; and conducting workplace investigations.

Admitted in Oregon, Washington, U.S. District Court for Oregon, U.S. District Court for Western Washington, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
